(1) Subject to this
Act and the rules, the Summary Procedure Act 1921 applies to a complaint
and proceedings under this Act.
(2) A complaint made
under this Act that should have been made under Division 7 Part 4 of the
Summary Procedure Act 1921 may be dealt with as if it had been made under
that Division.
