South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts10A—Problem gambling family protection orders
(1) When the Court
makes a domestic violence restraining order, it may, if satisfied that it is
appropriate to do so in the circumstances, make any order of the kind that the
Independent Gambling Authority is empowered to make on a complaint under the
Problem Gambling Family Protection Orders Act 2004 .
(2) If the Court makes
an order under subsection (1), the order will be taken for all purposes
to form part of the domestic violence restraining order.
