South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister must
cause a review of this Act and its administration and operation to be
conducted upon the expiry of one year from its commencement.
(2) The review must
include consultation with a wide range of providers of disability services and
the persons who use those services.
(3) The results of the
review must be embodied in a written report.
(4) The Minister must
cause a copy of the report to be laid before both Houses of Parliament within
12 sitting days of his or her receipt of the report.
