DISTRICT COURT ACT 1991 - SECT 44

44—Reservation of questions of law

        (1)         A Master or Judicial Registrar may reserve a question of law arising in an action for determination by a Judge.

        (2)         A Judge may reserve any question of law arising in an action for determination by the Court of Appeal.

        (3)         Where a question of law is reserved, the court to which the question is referred may determine the question and give any consequential orders or directions appropriate to the circumstances of the case.
