DISTRICT COURT ACT 1991 - SECT 13

13—Judicial remuneration (other than for Judicial Registrar)

        (1)         Subject to section 11A, the judicial officers (other than a Judicial Registrar) are entitled to the remuneration determined by the Remuneration Tribunal in relation to the respective offices.

        (2)         A salary determined by the Remuneration Tribunal for a judicial office cannot be reduced by subsequent determination.
