South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Subject to this
section, this Act applies throughout the State.
(2) This Act applies
in relation to land whether or not it has been brought under the provisions of
the Real Property Act 1886 .
(3) The regulations
may provide—
(a) that
a specified provision of this Act does not apply, or applies with prescribed
variations, to a part of the State specified by the regulations;
(b) that
a specified provision of this Act does not apply, or applies with prescribed
variations, in respect of a particular class of development, or in any
circumstance or situation (or circumstance or situation of a prescribed
class), specified by the regulations,
and, subject to any condition to which the regulation is expressed to be
subject, the operation of this Act is modified accordingly.
(4) A regulation under
subsection (3) must not provide for the modification of any provision of
this Act which specifically provides for, restricts or prevents an appeal
under this Act.
