South Australian Consolidated Acts40—Determination of application
(1) A
relevant authority must, on making a decision on an application under this
Division, give notice of the decision in accordance with the regulations (and,
in the case of a refusal, the notice must include the reasons for the refusal
and any appeal rights that exist under this Act).
(2) A
development authorisation under this Division remains operative for a period
prescribed by the regulations.
(3) A
relevant authority may, on its own initiative or on the application of a
person who has the benefit of any relevant development authorisation, extend a
period prescribed under subsection (2).
