South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A
statutory body—
(a) must
establish such committees or subcommittees as the regulations may require; and
(b) may
establish such other committees or subcommittees as the statutory body thinks
fit,
to advise the statutory body on any aspect of its functions, or to assist the
statutory body in the performance of its functions.
(2) A committee or
subcommittee established under subsection (1) may, but need not consist
of, or include, members of the statutory body.
(3) The procedures to
be observed in relation to the conduct of the business of a committee or
subcommittee will be—
(a) as
prescribed by regulation;
(b)
insofar as the procedure is not prescribed by regulation—as determined
by the statutory body;
(c)
insofar as the procedure is not prescribed by regulation or determined by the
statutory body—as determined by the relevant committee or subcommittee.
