South Australian Consolidated Acts53—Power of court to have drugs analysed
The court before which any proceedings are taken, or the Supreme Court on any
appeal, may, upon the request of either party, in its discretion cause any
drug to be sent to the Minister, who shall thereupon direct an analyst to make
an analysis and give a certificate to such court of the result of the
analysis; and the expense of such analysis shall be paid by the complainant or
the defendant as the court may by order direct.
