No person shall be liable to be convicted under section 19 in respect of the
sale of any drug, if he shows to the satisfaction of the court before which he
is charged that he did not know of the drug sold by him being so mixed,
coloured, stained, or powdered, and that he could not by analysis or other
adequate test have obtained that knowledge.
