CONSUMER TRANSACTIONS ACT 1972 - SECT 3

3—Application of Act

This Act applies to—

            (a)         every consumer contract of which the law of this State is the proper law; or

            (b)         every consumer contract under which goods or services are, or are to be, delivered or rendered in this State.
