South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A provision of a
written consumer contract that—
(a) is
in handwriting that is not clear and legible; or
(b) is
printed in type the dimensions of which do not comply with the regulations,
is not enforceable against the consumer by the supplier.
(2) If a consumer has
been supplied with a copy of a consumer contract, the contract will not be
regarded as being in conformity with subsection (1) unless that copy is
in conformity with that subsection.
