South Australian Consolidated Acts33J—Manufacture of controlled drugs
(1) A person who
manufactures a controlled drug is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $35 000 or imprisonment for 7 years, or both.
(2) A person who has
possession of—
(a) a
controlled precursor; or
(b) any
prescribed equipment,
intending to use it to manufacture a controlled drug is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $15 000 or imprisonment for 5 years, or both.
