CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ACT 1984 - SECT 30ZZD
30ZZD—Offence to fail to provide an identification certificate for
employees
(1) A licensed grower
must issue to each employee authorised in respect of the poppy cultivation
licence an employee identification certificate that contains the information
required under section 30J(2).
Maximum penalty: $10 000.
(2) A licensed
processor must issue to each employee authorised in respect of the poppy
processing licence an employee identification certificate that contains the
information required under section 30T(2).
Maximum penalty: $10 000.
