CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ACT 1984 - SECT 30ZQ
30ZQ—Power to issue expiation notices
An inspector may give an expiation notice (under the Expiation of Offences
Act 1996 ) to a person who the inspector has reason to believe has
committed a prescribed offence.
