CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ACT 1984 - SECT 24
A person must not sell by wholesale or by retail or supply to a person a
poison, medicine or medical device unless—
(a) it
is enclosed in a package or container; and
(b) the
package or container conforms with the regulations; and
(c) the
package or container is labelled in accordance with the regulations.
Maximum penalty: $10 000.
