(1)
The Chief Executive Officer may, by written order, direct that a prisoner be
transferred from the place in which he or she is being detained to any other
correctional institution.
(2) An order given by
the Chief Executive Officer under subsection (1) is sufficient authority
for the transfer of the prisoner in accordance with the order and the
detention of the prisoner in the correctional institution to which he or she
is transferred.
