South Australian Consolidated Acts17—Establishment of Visiting Tribunals
(1) There must be
established for each correctional institution such number of
Visiting Tribunals as the Minister thinks necessary or desirable.
(2) The Governor may,
by proclamation, appoint—
(a) a
magistrate; or
(b) a
special justice,
to be a Visiting Tribunal for a correctional institution.
(4) The Governor may,
by further proclamation, vary or revoke a proclamation under this section.
