member of the Advisory Council will be appointed for a term of
five years.
(2) A member of
the Advisory Council other than the presiding member will be appointed for
such term, not exceeding three years, as the Governor determines and specifies
in the instrument of appointment.
(3) On the expiration
of the term of office of a member of the Advisory Council, the member is
eligible for reappointment.
