CROWN RATES AND TAXES RECOVERY ACT 1945 - SECT 7

7—Fixing of time for sale by auction

The Minister shall appoint a time not less than three months and not more than twelve months from the service of the notices required by section 5 at which the land may be offered for sale by public auction.
