CROWN RATES AND TAXES RECOVERY ACT 1945 - SECT 10

10—Right to pay Crown rates and taxes

Up to the time of the actual sale of any land for non-payment of Crown rates or taxes any person having any estate or interest in the land may pay all Crown rates and taxes then in arrear, and the costs then incurred, and thereafter the proceedings shall be stayed.
