South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts43—Temporary exemption from pecuniary penalties
(1) A person is not
liable to a pecuniary penalty under the Code for conduct that happens within 2
years after the day on which the Competition Policy Reform Act 1995 of
the Commonwealth received the Royal Assent.
(2) If the
commencement of provisions of this Act is postponed under section 2, the
period of 2 years mentioned in this section is extended by the same number of
days.
