South Australian Consolidated Acts47A—Right of other interested persons to be heard
In any proceedings under this Act, the Court may, on the application of—
(a) a
member of the child's family; or
(b) a
person who has at any time had the care of the child; or
(c) a
person who has counselled, advised or aided the child,
hear submissions the applicant wishes to make in respect of the child, despite
the fact that the applicant is not a party to the proceedings.
