CHILDREN'S PROTECTION ACT 1993 - SECT 44

44—Non-compliance with orders

A person who, having been personally served with an order made by the Court under this Division, contravenes or fails to comply with the order is guilty of an offence.

Maximum penalty: Imprisonment for 3 months.
