CHILDREN'S PROTECTION ACT 1993 - SECT 40

40—Variation or revocation of orders

An order made by the Court under this Division—

            (a)         may be varied or revoked at any time on application by a party to the proceedings; and

            (b)         lapses when the child attains 18 years of age.
