(1) A
Care and Protection Co-ordinator nominated by the Senior Judge of the Court
will be responsible for convening and conducting a family care meeting.
(2) The Co-ordinator
must arrange for a suitable person to act as advocate for the child at the
meeting, unless satisfied that the child has made an independent decision to
waive his or her right to be so represented.
(3) The Co-ordinator
must, as far as is reasonably practicable, consult with the child and the
child's guardians as to who should be invited to attend the meeting and the
time and place to be fixed for the meeting.
