CHILDREN'S PROTECTION ACT 1993 - SECT 22

22—Variation or discharge of orders

        (1)         The Chief Executive may apply to the Court for an order to vary or discharge an order under section 21.

        (2)         The Court may, on an application under this section, by order—

            (a)         vary the terms of the order; or

            (b)         discharge the order; or

            (c)         dismiss the application.
