South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Crown
Solicitor is a corporation sole which may act through the instrumentality of
the person for the time being holding the office of Crown Solicitor or any
other person to whom the office holder delegates his or her functions.
(2) The Crown
Solicitor will act as such either under the name of the
office holder for the time being or under the name "The Crown Solicitor for
the State of South Australia".
