South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) There shall be a
Board entitled the "Classification of Theatrical Performances Board".
(2) The Board is to be
constituted of the persons who are for the time being members of the South
Australian Classification Council established under the
Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Act 1995 .
(3) The person for the
time being appointed to chair the South Australian Classification Council will
be taken to have been appointed to chair the Board.
