South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts21—Power to enter and view performance
(1) An
authorised person may, after giving reasonable notice to the promoter of a
theatrical performance, enter and remain in a theatre for the purpose of
observing the performance or a rehearsal preliminary to the performance.
(2) In this
section—
"authorised person" means—
(a) a
member of the Board; or
(b) the
Registrar; or
(c) a
person authorised in writing by the Board to exercise the powers conferred by
this section.
