CLASSIFICATION OF THEATRICAL PERFORMANCES ACT 1978 - SECT 20

20—Evidentiary provision

An apparently genuine document purporting to be under the hand of the Registrar and to certify—

            (a)         that a specified classification was assigned by the Board in respect of a specified theatrical performance; or

            (b)         that specified conditions were imposed by the Board in respect of a specified theatrical performance,

shall be accepted in any legal proceedings, in the absence of proof to the contrary, as proof of the matters so certified.
