CLASSIFICATION OF THEATRICAL PERFORMANCES ACT 1978 - SECT 16

16—Penalty for breach of condition

Where any condition imposed by the Board in respect of a theatrical performance is not observed, the promoter shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a penalty not exceeding one thousand dollars.
