CRIMINAL LAW (CLAMPING, IMPOUNDING AND FORFEITURE OF VEHICLES) ACT 2007 - SECT 10
For the purposes of an application for an order under this Part, a person will
be taken to have been found guilty of, or to have expiated, a prescribed
offence if the person has been found guilty of, or has expiated, an offence
that is, at the date of the application, a prescribed offence.
