CRIMINAL LAW CONSOLIDATION ACT 1935 - SECT 78
Any person who, being married, goes through the form or ceremony of marriage
with any other person during the life of the person's spouse is guilty of an
offence and liable to be imprisoned for a first offence for a term not
exceeding four years and for any subsequent offence for a term not exceeding
ten years.
