South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A court may, for
the purpose of obtaining assistance in making a determination under this
Division, require the Parole Board, the Training Centre Review Board or any
other body or person to furnish the court with a report on any matter.
(2) A copy of any
report furnished to a court under subsection (1) must be given to each
party to the proceedings or to counsel for those parties.
