South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Board must, on
or before the thirtieth day of September in each year, deliver to the Minister
a report on the administration and operation of this Act during the financial
year that ended on the preceding thirtieth day of June.
(2) The report must
incorporate the audited statements of accounts for the Board in relation to
the relevant financial year.
(3) The Minister must,
within six sitting days after receipt of a report supplied under
subsection (1), cause a copy of the report to be laid before each House
of Parliament.
