South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A person who is
dissatisfied with a decision of the Board under this Act may, within 30 days
after the date of the decision, appeal to the Tribunal.
(2) The Tribunal may,
for proper cause, extend the time for making an appeal under this section.
(3) On an appeal under
this section, the Tribunal may—
(a)
confirm, vary or quash the decision subject to the appeal;
(b)
substitute its own decision for the decision subject to appeal;
(c)
remit the subject matter of the appeal to the Board for further consideration;
(d) make
any further or other order (including an order as to costs) as the Tribunal
thinks necessary or desirable.
