CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY LONG SERVICE LEAVE ACT 1987 - SECT 20C

20C—Exemption from taxes and charges

The Fund, and all transactions relating to the Fund, are exempt from all taxes and other charges imposed under the law of the State.
