construction worker must not, while on long service leave, engage in any other
employment in place of his or her employment as a construction worker.
Penalty: $1 000.
Expiation fee: $100.
(2) An employer must
not, knowing that a construction worker is on long service leave, engage him
or her in employment so that a breach of subsection (1) is committed.
Penalty: $1 000.
