CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY LONG SERVICE LEAVE ACT 1987 - SECT 11

11—Immunity of Board's members

        (1)         No liability attaches to a member of the Board for an honest act or omission by the member or the Board, in the exercise or purported exercise of powers or functions under this Act.

        (2)         A liability that would, but for subsection (1), lie against a member of the Board lies instead against the Crown.
