CLASSIFICATION (PUBLICATIONS, FILMS AND COMPUTER GAMES) ACT 1995 - SECT 37

37—Sale of films

A person must not sell a film unless the film—

            (a)         is classified; and

            (b)         is sold under the same title as that under which it is classified; and

            (c)         is sold in the form, without alteration or addition, in which it is classified.

Maximum penalty: $5 000.

Expiation fee: $315.
