CLASSIFICATION (PUBLICATIONS, FILMS AND COMPUTER GAMES) ACT 1995 - SECT 22

22—Classification of films or computer games containing advertisements

A film or computer game must not be classified under this Part if it contains—

            (a)         an advertisement for a film or computer game that has not been classified; or

            (b)         an advertisement for a film or computer game that has a higher classification.
