South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts21—Consumer advice for publications, films and computer games
(1) The Council or the
Minister may, when classifying a publication, film or computer game, determine
consumer advice giving information about the content of the publication, film
or game.
(2) A determination of
consumer advice under this section has effect to the exclusion of any
determination of consumer advice for the same publication, film or computer
game under the Commonwealth Act.
(3) Notice of a
determination under this section must be published in the South Australian
Government Gazette and the determination takes effect on a date specified in
the notice or, if no date is so specified, the date of publication of the
notice.
