(1) A member of the
Council incurs no personal liability for an honest act or omission of the
Council or the member in the performance or exercise, or purported performance
or exercise, of functions or powers under this Act.
(2) A liability that
would, but for subsection (1), lie against a member lies instead against
the Crown.
