CRIMINAL ASSETS CONFISCATION ACT 2005 - SECT 54
54—Forfeiture orders must specify the value of forfeited property
A court must specify the amount it considers to be the value, at the time the
order is made, of the property (other than money) specified in the
forfeiture order.
