CRIMINAL ASSETS CONFISCATION ACT 2005 - SECT 199

199—Rights attaching to shares

The Administrator may exercise the rights attaching to any of the controlled property that is shares—

            (a)         as if the Administrator were the registered holder of the shares; and

            (b)         to the exclusion of the registered holder.
