CRIMINAL ASSETS CONFISCATION ACT 2005 - SECT 196

196—Failure of person to attend

A person who, being required under section 194(1)(b) to attend before the Administrator or a person authorised in writing by the Administrator, fails to attend as required is guilty of an offence.

Maximum penalty: $2 500 or imprisonment for 6 months.
