CRIMINAL ASSETS CONFISCATION ACT 2005 - SECT 175

175—Hindering execution of warrant

A person who, without lawful excuse, hinders an authorised officer, or a person assisting an authorised officer, in the execution of a warrant under this Division is guilty of an offence.

Maximum penalty: $2 500 or imprisonment for 6 months.
