CRIMINAL ASSETS CONFISCATION ACT 2005 - SECT 170

170—Failing to comply with monitoring order

A person who—

            (a)         is given a monitoring order; and

            (b)         fails to comply with the order,

is guilty of an offence.

Maximum penalty: $2 500 or imprisonment for 6 months.
