CRIMINAL ASSETS CONFISCATION ACT 2005 - SECT 16

16—Commissioner may authorise police officers for purposes of Part

        (1)         The Commissioner of Police may authorise—

            (a)         a police officer; or

            (b)         a specified class of police officers,

for the purposes of this Part.

        (2)         An authorisation under this section—

            (a)         must be by instrument in writing; and

            (b)         may be subject to conditions specified in the authorisation; and

            (c)         may be varied or revoked at any time by the Commissioner of Police by notice in writing.
